- How do I receive captured logs?
- All captured data is streamed in real time to your YouCount dashboard. You also receive instant email alerts with full capture details every time a new log is recorded.
- How does billing work?
- We accept cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments. Standard is $40/month or $72/year. Premium is $40/month or $144/year. No hidden fees.
- Can I upgrade or switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time from your dashboard settings. The new plan activates immediately after payment is confirmed.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Contact support if you have an issue.
