When you register for YouCount, we collect your email address, display name, and payment information processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain your account, process subscription payments, send service-related emails (receipts, alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). Log data captured through deployed scripts is stored in Firestore and accessible only to the account owner. Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising cookies are used on this platform.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, and NowPayments for crypto payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their data handling practices.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@youcount.cc. We will process such requests within 14 days.
