1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using YouCount, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use YouCount. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

YouCount offers Standard ($40/month or $72/year) and Premium ($40/month or $144/year) subscription plans. Payments are processed via NowPayments (cryptocurrency). Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use the scripts and tools provided on this platform. You agree not to use YouCount for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. YouCount provides tools for authorized security testing, research, and educational purposes only.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

YouCount is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party claims.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
